The goal of the course is to provide housing providers with the information necessary to avoid violations and to identify potential violations of the non-discrimination laws. This course will identify potentially discriminatory practices appearing in markets, provide an overview of the Federal Fair Housing Act at and the Montana Human Rights Act, and discuss practices to avoid.
